Thandumntwana Creche-(Bhomela)

Thandumntwana (Zulu name) means " Love a child".
Methodist Church Project
(Support start date:November 2008)

Liz Jones started this creche in 2003.Her motivation was to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to the children of that underpriviledged and porverty stricken area.

To date they care for 75 children, offering them breakfast and lunch.Because of their resources, good infrastructure, trained teachers and experience, this creche is regarded as a model creche by our developing Two Tunics creches. In May 2009 about  9 teachers from all Two Tunics supported creches visited this creche. They spent half a day learning from this creche and from each other.
